Once I have a Home Plan and a BoQ what else do I need?
We have a separate package for detailed interior design of internals such as kitchens, cabinets, windows and doors and other details as necessary. The cost of this is dependent on the extent of the works.

How long will it take for me to get my house plan?
Getting your House Plan; typically, your drawings will be ready within 7 working days once payment is received. However, if you request changes to the plan, it will take a bit longer depending on the complexity of changes.

Can I get a Bill of Quantities from you?
If you need to seek financing for building your home or remodeling your house you will likely be required to have a signed and stamped BOQ.

What do I do if I have not found the right house plan that meets my needs?
Don’t worry. Our team of qualified architects will create a house plan that meet your needs and expectations. They would be more than happy to design a brand new house plan right from scratch.

I have architectural drawings, and I want to build my home, what do I do now?
You can forward us any architectural drawings, and we will usually make a site visit to meet the client, and run through the works. We like to keep communication open as much as possible, and our aim is to deliver exactly what our clients require.
